I’m Tammy Venneri. I owned five award-winning resale shops on Cape Cod for over a decade. They were crazy fun  high-volume shops that were all brands BOR and limited selective luxe consignment. I truly know what high-volume intake looks and feels like on the daily, and how it impacts the workflow, policies, schedule and process. More staff, more hours, push hard and get it entered and on the floor superfast! Everyone loved it. The pace was extreme. Good times!

Why FlowRackPro Exists:

During the pandemic, I went into survival and strategy mode. Day after day I went to my closed shops and I spent hours manually posting as much as I could to our Shopify store by myself. Consignors were scared. I was committed to showing them it's going to be okay, and Look! Your LV is safe and in the online store! I was relentless to make rent and keep calm my consignors. Shoppers supported the online store and we made it through, when so many others didn't. That's the origin of FlowRackPro. I built the tool I wished had existed. Those desperate days when a voice-powered, mobile-first tool could have made a real difference to me and so many other shops who were too late to figure out how to get their inventory online and in front of gheir followers..

What I bring:

• 11+ years of hands-on resale and buy-outright retail

• Deep experience with inventory, models, cash flow, staffing, strategy and multi-location operations

• Developing a tourist-driven platform and software solution that helps shopkeepers process their inventory smarter and faster

• Currently acting Treasurer and operator of Skybird Wildlife Center's nonprofit thrift in Downeast Maine

• An understanding of the desire to grow and serve without compromising identity, vibe, quality and the experience through streamlining and incorporating new tools that never existed until now.

I’m not a shopkeeper who became a tech founder. I’m not a tech founder who studied resale. I'm just a no-quit, ready to serve, "get it done no matter what it takes" calculated risk operator that deeply cares about main street success and its shopkeepers. I created FlowRackPro for all of us, because I know exactly where the process is broken and where the legacy software is lacking.
