We collect identifiable profile and administrative parameters when you register for an account, subscribe to our services, or communicate directly with our technical support. This data includes your name, business email address, shop name, mailing details, and secure software integration credentials (such as encrypted third-party e-commerce API pipelines).
B. Operational Performance Metrics
To deliver our specialized interface functionalities, the Service temporarily captures your voice audio inputs for transformation into text attributes. We do not store, distribute, or retain raw audio recordings beyond the immediate execution window required by our voice-to-field engine to parse text descriptions.
C. Integration Data
When you securely link external e-commerce ecosystems (such as your Shopify storefront) to your active workspace, FlowRackPro reads and writes only the data fields strictly required to map, execute, and verify your inventory listings.


2. Third-Party Data Management & Financial Processing
We strictly refuse to trade, sell, or rent user administrative data or business profile indicators to third-party marketing entities. Information sharing is strictly confined to secure specialized processors required to execute core operations:

 

  • Financial Transactions: All credit card details and subscription billing parameters are handled directly and securely by Stripe. FlowRackPro never monitors, logs, or stores full raw credit card values inside our personal database arrays.

  • Infrastructure Partners: Text translation elements and data manifest hosting are supported by premium secure cloud processors compliant with modern enterprise safeguards.


3. Security Standards
We apply high-grade industry technical controls, including end-to-end tokenized transfer routines and encryption layers, designed to safeguard your corporate information pipelines against unapproved modifications, exposures, or data breaches. However, no data system configuration can guarantee complete absolute transmission immunity.


4. Your Data and Choices
You maintain ultimate governance over your store records and workspace operational matrices. You can update or modify your account profile coordinates directly within the user control dashboard. If you terminate your active subscription and request complete data purging, we will completely erase your workspace records from our active operational servers within a standard 30-day window.
