TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to FlowRackPro. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our browser- based software application and services (the "Service") operated by FlowRackPro and PopRock Studios ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Subscription Model & Billing
Free Trial Policy: The Service offers a 7-day free trial ("Free Trial") via the Stripe payment platform. You are required to enter valid payment information to initiate the trial. You will not be charged during the 7- day period. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the trial period with a single click inside
your account dashboard to avoid future charges. 

 

Automatic Conversion: If you do not cancel before the conclusion of your 7-day Free Trial, your account will automatically transition to a paid monthly subscription framework at our standard flat rate of $99/month. Your designated payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly cycle until explicitly cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service through the remainder of your current billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for remaining unused days in a billing period.

2. Services & Account Responsibilities
Our Service provides voice-powered intake automation, field auto-population, barcode label processing support, and direct e-commerce integration capabilities (including Shopify pipelines). To utilize the Service, you must create an account and guarantee that all integration credentials provided are accurate and
authentic.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions performed under your account. You agree not to disclose your login details or secure API keys to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its proprietary voice-to-field automation engine, source code, dashboard architecture, design layouts, logos, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of FlowRackPro and PopRock Studios. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Our technical infrastructure, 1 proprietary software models, or branding elements may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written consent.

4. Data Accuracy & User Customization
While our artificial intelligence and voice-to-field dictation systems achieve elite processing standards, automated transcription and attribute parsing are fundamentally dependent on your vocal delivery, descriptive clarity, and environmental noise variables. You are solely responsible for verifying the absolute accuracy of all descriptions, pricing data, structural tags, and inventory parameters before pushing records live to your connected e-commerce platforms or printing physical barcode labels.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlowRackPro, PopRock Studios, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, inventory value, or business disruptions arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, or any
errors or latency within connected external e-commerce architectures.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
